Reviewing Generic Options to Add Value and Reduce Customer Costs


ADD KNOWLEDGE

Increase the customer's knowledge and understanding about the company, its products, the relative benefits of the products, and the processes where the products are used. This option encompasses the company's efforts to make the customer aware of the company and its solution, to differentiate the company's solution from that of the competition and to increase the customer's understanding about the ideal use of the product.

  1. Company and Products: Help customers recognize and recall name of company and its products.

  2. Relative Benefits: Help customers understand the unique benefits of your product.

  3. Process Where Product is Used: Explain how product can or should operate in the customer's cost system.
